Shipping policy
KayAnne Designs is a U.S. based small business located in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Every item is made to order with care, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
- Standard Orders: 3–5 business days to process before shipping.
- Custom Design Orders: Processing time begins once your design is approved and finalized. Production then takes 3–5 business days.
- Rush Design Orders: If you need a custom design finalized in under 5 days, a $10 rush fee applies.
Please note: Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Shipping Information
- Shipping Methods: USPS Standard and Expedited shipping options are available.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
- Shipping Locations: Currently only shipping within the United States. No international shipping is available at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated shipping times (after production):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
KayAnne Designs is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are in transit.
Order Issues & Damaged Packages
I always want you to love your order! If your package arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- I will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue
Returns & Exchanges
Since each shirt is made to order, I typically do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, I will make it right if:
- The wrong size or design was sent (as an error on my part)
- The item arrives damaged or defective
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to USPS directly. I'm happy to assist where possible, but I'm not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to postal carrier errors.
